Somebody Call 911

I got this in my Friendster message from my Uncle Frisco and it goes like this:

Police Advice Message: Advice from Polis Diraja Malaysia

The following message was sent by an officer with the CID of Polis Diraja Malaysia.
Kindly forward it to your colleagues or friends.

ROAD SAFETY ALERT

He has issued this warning:

If you are driving after dark and see an on-coming car with no headlight switched on, DO NOT FLASH YOUR LIGHTS at them. This is a common gang member’s “Initiation ceremony”. The new gang member under initiation drives along with no headlight and the first car to flash its headlights at him is now his “target”. He will now be required to turn around and chase that car, and shoot at it or ram into the car in order to complete his initiation requirements. Make sure you share this info with all the drivers in your family.

Ok, now if this is true, why hasn’t it been curtailed?  I wonder what kind of gang would want to highlight themselves like this? I mean the pirates off the coast of Semporna has got more balls than this.
